Add a debtor invoice layout

How do add a new template for my debtor invoices?

Step 1

• Click on the Debtors toolbar option
• Click on the Setup tab
• Click on the Invoice Template button  

Step 2

• Click on the Add a layout button

Step 3

• Select the invoice template you wish to add by clicking on it once (or you could double-click and skip the next item)
• Click on the Open button

Step 4

• Your new layout will now be available for use

• If the layout you have isn't quite right, you may wish to edit your layout.
