How do I change my date format in Windows 8 & 10.
Detailed Description
Open the Control Panel. Click on Date and Time
Click on Change date and time
Select Change calendar settings
From the dropdown list at the top, pick English (Australia).
Ensure that the Short date format is dd/MM/yyyy OR d/MM/yyyy.
Click Apply to save changes
