Contacts who are both Customers and Suppliers

 I have some contacts who are both customers and suppliers. Do I need to enter them twice?

Customers and suppliers can now be entered as both a customer and a supplier at the same time.

If you have a customer that is also a supplier you can enter the details at the same time. 

Step 1

• Setup > Suppliers and Customers

Step 2

Select Add

Step 3

Click on the Basic Details tab, then under Type select Both.

Contacts which are recorded as both suppliers and customers will be highlighted in green and will have B listed under S/C as seen below

Suppliers will be highlighted blue and Customers will be highlighted red.
