Editing product batch numbers

How do I edit or delete the batch number of a product?

Batch numbers for new product purchases are automatically generated based on the start of the product name, an abbreviated date and a dash followed by the number of the batch for that date. If you know the correct batch number, you should enter that.

Step 1

• Click on the Products > Product Purchases menu option.

Step 2

•  Click on the product that you wish to change. (A blue background means that you have selected the product.)
•  Click on the Edit button.

Step 3

• In the Edit Product Purchase window, simply delete or enter the correct batch number.
• Click on the OK button.
