PS Cashbook Plus Upgrade Features

What are the features of the new Cashbook Upgrade (Version 2016) and how do I upgrade? 

PS Cashbook Plus!™ 2016 Upgrade

Major features in this upgrade are:

8. Payroll - automatic sick-leave accrual
9. Simplified Chart of Accounts transfer
10. Loan Wizard

How to upgrade to PS Cashbook Plus! 2016:

Click here to upgrade to PS Cashbook Plus! 2016.

• From the Software Downloads page select the applicable download. eg. PS Cashbook Plus Primary Producer V2016.7.8.7 or PS Cashbook Plus Small Business V2016.7.8.7.
• Click on the Save button to save the download to your computer.
• Click on the Run button when the cashbook download has completed.
• Click Yes if you receive the message: 'Do you want to allow the following program to make changes to this computer?'

Follow the prompts (as shown below):

• Click on the Next > button.

• Read the Practical Systems Disclaimer/Licence Agreement.
• Click on the I accept the agreement radio dial button.
• Click on the Next > button.

• Do not change the default install location.
• Click on the Next > button.

• Click on the Next > button.

• Click on the Install button.

• Tick the Upgrade from Cashbook Primary Producer 2013 box, if you are still on the old 2013 Version.
• Click on the Finish button.

• Select the companies you wish to convert. (Note: To select more that one company, hold down the Ctrl key and then click on the companies you wish to convert. Companies selected will be highlighted blue.)

Note: You do not have to convert the Demonstration company.

• Click on the Convert button.

• You will now see the following screen whilst your data is converted from PS Cashbook Plus! 2013 to PS Cashbook Plus! 2016.

• Your program has now been updated and your data has been successfully converted.

• Your NEW PS Cashbook Plus! icon is now on your desktop.
