Advanced Trading Accounts - transferring stock from one livestock class to another

In my Trading Accounts section of Cashbook Plus, how do I transfer stock from one livestock class to another (eg. transfer heifers to cows) within the same enterprise?

• Click on Transactions > Advanced Trading Accounts menu option.
• Click on the button next to 'Trading Accounts'.
• Click on the button next to the Trading Accounts type. e.g. Livestock.
• Click on the button next to the required enterprise. eg. Cattle Breeding CABD.
• Click on the livestock class you wish to transfer the stock out of. eg. HEIFERS.

• Click on the button in the Class Trans Out row and the corresponding month column.
• For example: existing heifers have all had calves and you wish to transfer them, so they are now classifed as cows. You have chosen to transfer these heifers in October.

• In the Class transfer from HEIFERS - Oct 2009 (or similar) window:
  • Click on the drop down list to select the class you want to transfer the heifers to. eg. COWS.
  • Enter the number of heifers you wish to transfer to cows. eg. 50.
• Click on the OK button.

• Note: The stock number for HEIFERS have reduced by 50. See Opening stock number for Nov 2009, is now 0.

• Note: The stock numbers for COW have increased by 50. See opening stock number for Nov 2009 is now 225.
