"List index out of bounds" Error

I am receiving a "List Index out of Bounds" error.

1. Close and reopen Stockbook.

If the error occurs again, please contact Practical Systems.

If the above fails try the below:

2. File > Other Databases > Manage Databases

3. Click Edit on the default database > OK
