Set Debtor & Creditor invoices to GST Inclusive

How do I set my Debtor/Creditor invoices so they are GST inclusive?

If invoicing is GST inclusive, the price entered includes GST.

To set up your debtor invoicing so the price entered is GST inclusive:

• Click on the Debtors toolbar icon.
• Click on the Setup tab.
• Tick the Invoice Pricing is GST inclusive check box. (Note: if not ticked, the GST is added to all invoice prices entered.)
• Click on the Home button to save settings.

To set up your creditor invoicing so the price entered is GST inclusive:

• Click on the Creditors toolbar icon.
• Click on the Setup tab.
• Rick the Invoice Pricing is GST inclusive check box.
• Click on the Home button to save settings.

Note that you can also click on the Calculators/GST Calculator menu option to calculate individual goods and sales tax (GST) inclusive and exclusive prices.
