Cashbook Plus has expired or is about to expire although your Practical Cover is up to date.

My Practical Cover/Annual Subscription is up-to-date, but my program:

1. Is about to expire; or
2. Has expired and is running in demonstration mode; or
3. Says my support is not current. 

Step 1. 

• Click on the File > Registration menu option.

Step 2.

• Enter your Client ID.
• Click on the Register Cashbook button.

Step 3. 

• An information box will appear that states that the internet and your Practical Systems password is required for the next stage of the registration.
• Click Yes to Confirm message.

Step 4. 

• Enter your Practical Systems password.
• Click OK. 

Step 5. 

• Click OK to Information message: ' Your registration has been successful'.
