Stockbook has expired or is about to expire although your Practical cover is up to date.

My Practical Cover/Annual Subscription is up-to-date, but my program:

1. is about to expire; or
2. has expired and is running in demonstration mode; or
3. says my support is not current. 

NOTE: If you do not have access to internet, you will need to call Practical Systems on 1800 624 688 to obtain an unlock code.

Step 1

• Click on  File > Registration menu option.

Step 2

• Enter your Client Id.
• Click the Register NOW! button.

Step 3

• An information box will appear that states that the internet and your Practical Systems password is required for the next stage of the registration.
• Click Yes.

Step 4

• Enter your Practical Systems password, your first name, all lower case
• Click OK. 

Step 5

• This step may take a few moment to process. A box will then appear stating the program has been registered to the purchased level. Eg.level "20".
• Click OK
