Decrease size of statements for email

How do I make the Statement PDF file size smaller for emailing?

Step 1

• Click on the Reports tab
• Click on the Print button to print the statement you wish to email

Step 2

• Click on the PDF icon

Step 3

• Un-tick the Embedded fonts option
• Click on the OK button

Step 4

• Save the file (please note that the file should be of a smaller size than before)
• Attach it to your email
