How do I stop Live Entry from recording information for specific animals

When I am using the Live Entry screen, and I have set up my Entry Templates but I do not want to record all of the data for every animal (such as treatments), how can I stop Live Entry from recording this data?

Select the data entry tab you do not wish to record for the next animal. 

Right click, it will become greyed out.

When you wish to use the field again right click on it.
