How to see a tally of the Quick Add fields in Live Entry?

This feature will allow you to see a tally of the fields that have been used in the Quick Add.

For example if you are inducting new animals and want to see a tally of males and females.

Step 1.

• In Live Entry go to View > Data Windows > Tally

Step 2.

• Go to Setup > Add Animal Template
• Choose the fields on the left hand side that you wish to enter data for by ticking the boxes.

Step 3.

• On the right hand side place a tick in the boxes for the fields you want to see a tally for.

Step 4.

• After using the fields they will appear in the Tally window with the number of times used.
