Chart - Set a Default Enterprise

How do I set a default enterprise for an account in Chart?

• Click on the Chart toolbar icon.
• Click on the account you wish to link to a particular enterprise. e.g. 010.01 Sale - Bulls, so it is highlighted blue.
• Click on the Edit button.

• Click on the Default Enterprise drop-down arrow to select an enterprise.
• Click on the Enterprise, e.g. CATTLE.
• Click on the NEXT (if there is more than one account to Edit) or OK button to save.

Now, whenever the account code 041.1 Sale - Bulls is used in a transaction, it will automatically be allocated to the Cattle enterprise in the Livestock Trading Account.
