Parallels with a Mac computer, on-screen keyb

I am working on Parallels with a Mac computer and I cannot type anything but 'a'. How do I bring up the on-screen keyboard?

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > Ease of Access > On-Screen Keyboard.

NB: You should be able to type from the Mac side if you cannot from the Windows side.
