"List Index Out of Bounds" error

I am receiving an error message of "List Index Out of Bounds".

If clicking OK to this error message causes additional errors, please make a note of what you were doing when the error occured and contact Practical Systems. If additional errors are not caused close and re-open the program and re-attempt what you were doing.

Please check that you are on the most current version by clicking on the Help > About menu option. The version you are running is at the top of the window and the current version can be checked at our website. If you are not on the most current version please upgrade (either via Help > Check for upgrades ...menu option or from the Practical Systems website).

If after closing and re-opening the program or upgrading the error message is still being received, please contact Practical Systems.
