"Conflicting application in memory" error

I am receiving a "Conflicting application in memory" error message.

This means that another BDE version of the Practical Systems software is currently open/being used. Please close all applications using (BDE) Practical Systems software and restart the installation.

NOTE

BDE is the type of database that the program runs on. First find out what version the program is by clicking on the Help/ About menu option. Below are the Practical Systems programs that are on BDE are:

-Stockbook Version 2013

-Cashbook Version 9

-Cashbook Version 2013

-Farmmap

-Farmbook

-Farmbook Mapping

If you are on Cashbook Version 9 or Stockbook Version 2013 please upgrade your software.
