Add pay to Cashbook option not appearing

Summary

If someone is not having the option to add a pay into a Cashbook, they need to ensure they have the following things assigned. Pay is within the current financial year, add pay transaction to cashbook ticked, and pay by type is either Cheque, Bank or Bank/EFT. 

 

Detailed Description

If someone is not having the option to add a pay into a Cashbook, they need to ensure they have the following things assigned. 

1. The pay needs to be within the current financial year.

2. The box "Add Pay Transactinos to Cashbook" is ticked 

3. The "Pay By' setting on the Default Pay Rates tab is either Cheque, Bank or Bank/EFT File. If it is selected to Cash it will NOT generate the add pay to cashbook. 

If all these options are set up correctly, please seek further advice from Liz or Sean.
