Emailing Cashbook backup error

I am getting an error when trying to email my Cashbook backup.

Ensure that your email parameters are correct.

If you are still having problems, please contact Practical Systems.

As a workaround, try the following:

  1. Save the backup file to your hard disc or USB stick (note the location you are backing up to)
  2. Open a new email
  3. Add an attachment
  4. Navigate to the backup file
  5. Send the email as you normally would
