System Error. Code 1722 The RPC is not Available

When attempting to print a reconciliation, why am I getting the following message?

Try to print a Word Document as well. If this won't work then it is a problem with the server, windows or the printer. This can not be fixed by Practical Systems support. Please contact your IT support person.
