Program make changes to computer

I am getting a message 'Do you want to allow this program to make changes to your computer'

This is not a Practical Systems fault. 

It is to do with the User accounts in your computer's control panel. The program may be being run as an administrator.

We cannot change this, only offer advice. We suggest you speak to someone in IT if the message is becoming overwhelming.
