Cashbook Password

How do I set a password for Cashbook, so that only I can use it?

Step 1

Click on the Setup > Settings menu option, and then click on the General tab 

Step 2

Tick the Password Protect box.

Step 3

Enter your password and then repeat to varify

Step 4

Click on the OK button. Now, each time you open Cashbook, you will be prompted for a password.

Note: If you ever forget the password, you will need to contact Practical Systems to reset it.
