Error During Backup : 0

I am receiving an error whilst I am trying to do a backup.

This error means that you have not chosen a file location for your backup - choose a different location when backing up. 

Step 1

Go to File > Backup Data Files

Step 2

Choose a location for your backup. Click on the yellow folder to browse your computer for the desired location.

This can be anywhere on your computer, a disc or on an external hard drive.

Step 3

Click the Backup button.

The backup will now complete successfully. If not please contact the support team at Practical Systems.
