Load last year's data into Budgets

How do I load the previous year's actual data into this year's budget?

Step 1

• Click on the Budgets > Advanced Budgets menu option

Step 2

• Open the budget into which you wish to load last year's actual data
• Click on the Setup > Load Last Year menu option

Step 3

• Select the banks from which you wish to load last year’s data. Use Ctrl+Click to multi-select if you don’t want transactions from all banks to be included.

Step 4

• Select which Enterprise data to include into the budget.
  • If you are preparing a non-enterprise type budget you would select <All Enterprises into current section>.
  • If you are preparing an enterprise type budget, you would select <All Enterprises into their own section>.
  • You can also select to load specific enterprise data into the currently selected Enterprises (tab) in the budget.

Step 5

• Choose the year(s) you wish to load the data into by ticking the corresponding boxes.

Step 6

• Click on the OK button.
