Why is the current balance for one of my bank accounts, when shown on the cashbook transaction listing, incorrect, even though its opening balance and transactions are all correct?
This may simply be due to the fact that the current balance has got out of synch with transactions added. This can be easily tested by carrying out the following:

Step 3
Open Cashbook and check the current balance for the relevant bank. It should now be correct. If not, please contact Practical Systems.
