My Cashbook software is registered but I can still only see the Demonstration company. How do I get my own details into Cashbook?
Prior to version 2016, when you first installed the Cashbook Plus program, a demonstration company and a "My Business" file were automatically set up for you. With PS Cashbook Plus! Version 2016 upwards, only the Demonstration company file is installed on installation. You are now required to create/add a new company file, into which you can restore your own data, or start from scratch.
If you are in the Demonstration company, your Cashbook Plus! window will look the same or similar to the following.:
To Add a New Company:
1. Click on the File > Companies menu option.
2. Click on the Add button.
3. Add a new company via the Fast Add method:
4. Your new company file is now setup:
