Data Hosting - Create Invite/Enable another User Access to your Company File

How do I enable another user to have access to my company file via Data Hosting?

By inviting another person to share your Cashbook company file, you are giving them access to view and/or make changes to your company data. 

Note: The person you share your selected hosted company with needs to Activate a Data Hosting Account to be able to accept an invitation..

• Still in Setup > Data Hosting menu option.
• Click on the Invitations tab.
• Click on the Add button.

• In the Create Invite screen:
  • Company:
    • Click on the drop-down arrow to select the Company you wish to share/host from the list.
  • Invitation Information:
    • A valid email address is required to send an invitation. The Practical Systems Data Hosting service will send an email on your behalf with instructions on how to accept the invitation.
  • Note: If you accidentally send an invitation to the wrong person, you can delete that invitation provided it has not been accepted.
• If you don't want to allow changes to the hosted file by the person you are sending this invitation to, untick User can make changes to this company. You can change your mind at any time, either by Editing the invitation or Editing the company and changing the permissions for anyone you have invited.

• Click on the Send button.

• Tick the Show Accepted/Expired Invitations box, to see the company in the Invitations list:
